ROAR members will:
- Support Sherman publicly by displaying career materials in the office.
- Speak highly about Sherman to colleagues and via social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Mentor students in the areas by offering shadow opportunities and personal meetings.
- Keep in touch with referrals by phone, e-mail or or social networks.
- Host at least one career session each year.
