Jennifer York, DC, MS, BAJennifer York, B.A., MS., D.C.

Jennifer York is an instructor of clinical sciences. She has a B.A. in biology from Alfred University, M.S. in packaging science from Clemson University, and a D.C. from Sherman College. Her interests include chiropractic neurology, which she teaches as well as clinical diagnosis, case management, and research design. She has taught at Sherman since 2007.

She practices in Greenville, SC, where she lives with her husband, Will, twin sons, Tyler and Ben, and three dogs, Jasmine, Boots & Barley.

Mentoring & Advisement Program for Students

Faculty advisors, known as “mentors,” meet with their assigned students on a regular basis. Their role is to assist and encourage students in:

  • overcoming academic challenges
  • developing social and self-responsibility
  • setting and achieving professional goals

The registrar assigns a faculty mentor to all entering students. New students meet their faculty mentors during New Student Orientation.
