12th Annual International Research And Philosophy Symposium 2015
Sherman College of Chiropractic will host the 12th annual International Research and Philosophy Symposium (IRAPS), the only peer-reviewed conference on vertebral subluxation research and the philosophy of chiropractic. The conference will be held on the campus of Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Highlights of 2014
The theme of IRAPS 2014 was The Future of Subluxation-Centered Chiropractic. It is a pivotal time in the history of the chiropractic profession. Philosophy and research will play important roles in defining the profession for the future. The theme is designed to allow participants to orient their papers and their poster presentations toward the future. The theme will set the tone for the conference, which will include a keynote speaker who will offer a vision for chiropractic’s future in research and philosophy.
Where is subluxation-centered chiropractic going?
- What role will research play?
- How will the philosophy adapt?
- How might we help to ensure that subluxation-centered chiropractic not only survives but thrives?
This year’s symposium will include:
- workshops to help you grow and broaden your skill sets in research and philosophy
- expert panels who will discuss some of the most critical issues related to chiropractic today
