Lyceum 10 Children’s Program
Games, Crafts, and just plain FUN!!

Sherman College will provide a children’s program during Lyceum for the convenience of its attendees.  It is our intention to provide an exciting time for ALL the attendees, even the younger ones.

Ages 3-14 years old

Schedule

The childcare program will be closed during lunch.

Cost

Three day program (including banquet) for 1st child is $80
Each additional child for the Three Day program is $20
One Day program is $30

You may pay for the program ahead of time on the registration form.

Parental Reponsibility

The parent(s) will be responsible for providing a bag containing disposable diapers, wet wipes, and a change of clothing for each child participating, if needed.  Please make sure your child’s name is on the bag and clothing.  If a field trip or movie night is planned, please provide a stroller, car seat and blanket as appropriate.

The parent will be responsible for providing any necessary allergy and medical information for their child.  You will be forwarded this form prior to / or at registration.

The parent will be responsible for administering ANY medications required by the child.

We ask that you are prompt in picking up your child at the above times.  Childcare providers are volunteers and we do not wish to impose on their other commitments.

Safety

The children’s program will be housed in a classroom facing the Lyceum activities and the campus does have security during this time.

Should any activities off campus be planned, the parent will be asked to sign a permission slip.

Children will be issued permanent ID bracelets for their use during Lyceum.

ONLY a parent will be allowed to pick up a child.

As our volunteers often change over several days, you may be asked to produce a picture ID when picking up your child, along with a sign-in/sign-out sheet.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause but ask your understanding in providing as secure of an environment as possible for all the children.

For the children’s safety and as a common courtesy to others, we ask that children not be left unattended at any time during Lyceum.  Please make sure your child is either participating in the children’s program or attended by a responsible adult.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
