Sherman College of Straight
Chiropractic is unique among chiropractic
colleges worldwide by virtue of its history,
mission and size. We want you to be an integral
part of our future. We are excited to extend to
you an invitation to join the Sherman College
Board of Ambassadors. This innovative program is
a cooperative effort of alumni, supporters,
admission staff and the entire Sherman College
administration.

Designed to increase our recruitment efforts
nationwide the Sherman College Ambassador
program helps to:
Increase the colleges
profile nationwide
Increase your personal visibility within
your community
Build relationships with alumni and
friends of the college
Provide an opportunity for you to support
Sherman College
Ambassador volunteers are
asked to:
Actively recruit
prospective chiropractic students
Represent Sherman College at local high
school and college fairs
Host area-wide career sessions
Become a mentor to prospective students
and applicants
Organize speaking engagements for Sherman
College representatives with
your state organizations
In return, the Admission
Office at Sherman College will:
Appoint a Director of
Ambassador Relations (Leroy
G. Moore, D.C.) who will
act as a liaison between the college and the ambassadors
Provide training sessions in targeted
areas nationwide, as well as provide
current recruitment material
Develop outlines, scripts and
correspondence for initial contacts with
schools
and organizations
Create motivating incentives for
ambassador participation
Communicate and follow-up with prospects
and ambassadors
Promote ambassador activities in Sherman
Colleges various publications
