The Spartanburg County Historical Association is now conducting walking tours of downtown Spartanburg, from the Chapman Cultural Center throughout the downtown area. Contact Steinecke at 596-3501. $10/ adult, $5/ student. Tours are limited to groups of between five and thirty.
