Payment Options

Payments

We request that you pay for each visit upon arrival. We accept cash, debit and check cards, and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance assignment including Medicare, Medicaid or Worker's Compensation. Should you wish to file for reimbursement of payments to your insurance company, request a statement of charges at the front desk. Please ask your intern for details.

Fees

• General Public - $15 per visit
• College Students and Senior Citizens (over age 65) with ID card- $10 per visit
• Family rates available -- please ask the receptionist for details
