SILENT AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED

Dear Regents,

This year at Lyceum, we will again host a silent auction.

Each item will have bid sheets on which bidders can see the previous amount bid and increase their bid by a set amount. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder. The Silent Auction will run from 7-9 p.m.

While the dining certificates, spa products and jewelry were big seller’s in last year’s silent auction, this year we will try to add chiropractic related items.

The silent auction will be held in the main banquet room of the Marriott on Saturday evening. As always, there will be music and dancing, and the food will be divine. There will be no live auction at this year’s Lyceum.

Please take a moment to think about items that you would like to see in this year’s Silent Auction. A portable adjusting table? An x-ray view box? A set of green books? A condo at the beach? A round of golf at prime links? A day at the spa?

Can you help supply one or more of these items? Benefits to donors include a tax-deduction to the fullest extent of the law and some nice recognition.

We appreciate your help in making this event another successful fundraiser for the college. Please contact Anje Hawkins, Director of Development with your ideas and donations. Call 800-849-8771, ext. 206, or email ahawkins@sherman.edu today.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.

Sincerely,

Anje Hawkins
Director of Development
