Community Egg Hunt at Sherman
More than two dozen families
including nearly 40 children braved chilly
weather and high winds for Sherman College’s
Community Egg Hunt in March. It was the
college’s third time hosting the local event.
Children from ages 1 to 10 participated.
Aside from the much anticipated egg hunt, the
college offered face painting, games and prizes.
Parents were also given the opportunity to learn
more about the chiropractic health services
provided at our on-campus health center.
Assistant Dean of Student
Affairs Shay Yates was pleased with attendance
at the event. “We had a good turnout despite the
cold weather and extremely windy conditions,”
she said. “Everyone had a great time, and we are
extremely thankful for the all of the volunteers
who helped bring this event together.”
Check out photos from the event.
We invite you to share your community outreach
