Check your state's licensing requirements
Some states, such as North Carolina and Florida, require chiropractors to complete the bachelors degree BEFORE entering chiropractic school. Check the requirements for the state where you plan to practice before you begin a 3 + 1 program.
Three + One Programs
The 3 + 1 programs allow students to finish the last year of the bachelor's
degree during the first year of the doctor of chiropractic program. Students take the first three years of the bachelor program at one
of the colleges below, and then transfer to Sherman. The bachelor's degree will be awarded when the student successfully completes the
first year at Sherman.
