Fun with the Fundamentals at Lyceum 2004

FUN-damentals of Chiropractic at
Lyceum 2004

The word fundamental is defined as a leading or primary principle, rule or law. In chiropractic, the fundamental principle, or major premise, states, “A universal intelligence is in all matter and continually gives to it all its properties and actions, thus maintaining it in existence.”

This year’s Lyceum, FUN-damentals of Chiropractic, is designed to bring you back to embrace the fundamentals of chiropractic as expressed through chiropractic philosophy, science and art. Lyceum 2004 will give you four FUN-filled days of outstanding speakers, fellowship and inspiration. The best speakers in chiropractic will be here to inspire and help you achieve your learning and practice goals. Sherman College Lyceum
is one of a kind, and experiencing the event has been a tradition for 31 years!

Master your technique skills. The Sherman technique system of adjusting will be unveiled, along with other techniques such as Activator with Tim Guest, D.C., Logan Basic with Ron Castellucci, D.C., and Adjusting Children with Peter Kevorkian, D.C., and Patti Giuliano, D.C.

Reaffirm your chiropractic philosophy with programs like Infinite Principles hosted by Alumni Association president Jim Hilston, D.C., or listen to the legendary Reggie Gold, D.C., and Joe Strauss, D.C., as they explore philosophy. Drs. C.J. Mertz, Eric Plasker, Joe Donofrio Sr., and many more will give you new ideas and tools to enhance your practice and bring it to new heights. Bring the whole staff, for C.A.s will enjoy programs led by Heidi Farrell and Rose Panico.

Rediscover science with Gloria Niles, D.C., who will present a seminar on neurology and the subluxation. Bruce Lipton, Ph.D., will provide a thought-provoking foray into the impact of quantum physics and genetic research that validates the nature of vitalism. Examine chiropractic research with Ralph Boone, Ph.D., D.C., and analyze x-ray and the subluxation with renowned textbook author Dennis Marchiori, D.C.

Inspiration abounds with Friday evening’s keynote speaker, Charles “Tremendous” Jones. He will entertain you and make you feel TREMENDOUS about chiropractic! Fireworks later that same evening will blow you away. Don’t wait to get your tickets for the outrageously fun and festive banquet on Saturday evening at the beautiful new Spartanburg Marriott at Renaissance Park.

You’ll enjoy the popular Women in Chiropractic program with Nalyn Marcus, D.C., and other special annual events like Thursday’s golf tournament, the 5K Road Race, alumni reunions, and the Spirit of Lyceum on Sunday morning. Bring the kids – they’ll enjoy “clowning around” in the children’s program with face painting, balloon figures and much more. There is so much to experience that you, your staff and your family won’t want to miss it!

More programs, more excitement, more FUN than ever before! Come experience the richness and tradition of one of the greatest chiropractic weekends you’ll find anywhere. Come back to the fundamentals of chiropractic to re-energize your passion for chiropractic. Come back and experience more at Lyceum 2004, May 27-30.
