Three Sherman College faculty members recently received
promotions. Dr. Laura Greene-Orndorff has been named professor of clinical
sciences, Dr. Kevin Power has been named assistant professor of clinical
sciences, and Dr. Mitzi Schwartzbauer has been named assistant professor of
clinical sciences.
Greene-Orndorff, a 1995 Sherman alumna, is chair of the college’s Radiology
Department. She has been with Sherman since 1996 and teaches Soft and Hard
Tissue Pathology, X-Ray Positioning III, and X-Ray Review and is a supervisor in
the X-Ray Department of the on-campus Chiropractic Health Center.
Power is a member of the health center faculty, assists in various clinical
science department courses and is chair of the college’s Patient Education
Intern Program. He is a 1981 Sherman College graduate and was in private
practice in Australia and the U.S. until he joined the college faculty in
September 2002.
A 1997 Sherman graduate,
Schwartzbauer teaches Palpation II and Toggle and also
assists in various clinical science department courses. She practiced at
Schwartzbauer Straight Chiropractic Center in Mahtomedi, MN, for six years
before returning to Sherman in 2004 as a faculty member.
