The Office of Admission has recently joined with meebo.com to offer prospective students the opportunity to instant message (IM) an admission representative directly through our web site. Sherman College administrators traveled to Columbia, SC, on March 29 to visit state senators and representatives at the Statehouse. After a breakfast with dozens of South Carolina chiropractors and legislators, the Sherman College contingency visited with Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer of Spartanburg in his office and then attended a Senate and House meeting in session. “Winning with Influence – The Real Way to Influence Others ” is the title of this year’s highly interactive and extremely practical keynote presentation by Chris Widener. On April 2, Sherman College welcomed the spring 2007 class during new student orientation. Students were first greeted by LaShanda Hutto, our dean of student affairs, and then introduced to Thom Gelardi, D.C., interim president and founder of Sherman College, who congratulated them on their success in acceptance into the doctor of chiropractic program.  Read more.

The Sherman College Student Affairs Office hosted a community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 7, the day before Easter. Approximately 75 children from the Boiling Springs and Spartanburg area ranging in age from 7 months to 10 years old participated. Read more.
