Interim President Thomas A. Gelardi, D.C., and Executive Vice President/Provost Myron D. Brown, D.C., were guests of Dr. Doug Inkol on a talk radio show broadcast from Phoenix, AZ, on May 12. The hour-long radio show, “To Your Health” airs on Nova M Radio Network affiliate KPHX 1480 AM and is broadcast live over the Internet.

The pair answered host Inkol’s questions about the unique mission of Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic and explained how Sherman is distinct compared to other chiropractic educational institutions. Gelardi stressed how chiropractic contributes to health and described the Sherman College program.

The “To Your Health” radio show also includes callers who phone in with questions. One listener stated that he had listened to the show in January when Brown was a guest previously. Having listened to Brown speak about chiropractic on that earlier show, he decided to become a chiropractic patient. The caller stated that he had experienced profound improvements in his health as a result.

While exact numbers are not available, it is estimated that approximately 60,000 people have access to the show.
