Referrers Presented with B.J. Palmer Statue in Appreciation

Sherman College launched a new program to recognize doctors and other supporters who refer students to the college. Upon matriculation of the student, the referrer receives a beautiful statue of B.J. Palmer.

“Our hope is that this small gift will remind our supporters, their patients and their colleagues of the contribution to chiropractic and Sherman College that they have made,” says Director of Admission Lisa Hildebrand. “We want them to know how much we appreciate their interest in helping grow the profession and Sherman College.”

Hildebrand presented a B.J. statue to Sherman alumnus and faculty member, Bill Decken, D.C., during Summer 2007 Bagelfest in recognition of his referral of Zach Hughes who matriculated this month. Nine of the 16 students who started in the summer class were referred by chiropractors.
