Sherman Sends Team to Chiro
Games

More than 800
chiropractic college student athletes converged on Jensen Beach, Fla., November
2-3, 2007, for the 16th annual Chiro Games. Sherman College sent a contingent of
12 students for soccer and golf competitions along with faculty member Laura
Green Orndorff, D.C. Though they did not come home with trophies, the students
valued the experience and camaraderie. View the

Health Center VP Elected
FSCO President

Vice President of the Chiropractic Health Services Michael Clusserath, B.S.,
D.C., was elected to serve as president of the Federation of Straight
Chiropractors and Organizations at a recent board meeting. The announcement was
made by Dick Plummer, D.C., FSCO's Chairman of the Board.
Clusserath joined Sherman College in early 2000 as an assistant professor and
health center faculty member. He is a 1987 graduate of Palmer Chiropractic
College West and a 1982 graduate of Washington State University, where he
majored in zoology. Before joining the faculty at Sherman, he maintained a
private practice for 11 years in Covington, WA. His interests include running
and spending time with his family. |

Japanese Delegation Visits Sherman College

A delegation
of 10 chiropractors from Japan, visited Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic
on November 11-12. The group was led by Dr. Mitsu Shiokawa, a Sherman College
Regent. Shiokawa, is a 1972 graduate of Palmer College and the founder and
president of the Shiokawa School of Chiropractic in Tokyo, Japan.
