Shadow an Intern Day

The Admission Office at Sherman College invites you to
Shadow an Intern
Thursday, February 19, 2009, 11:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Spend the afternoon with a student intern in our health center to:

        • Observe patient visits
        • Learn about the daily responsibilities of a chiropractic intern
        • Tour our digital X-ray suite to see how X-rays are taken

If you are ready to begin excavating the recesses of your mind and the minds of others, then the ACP is for you. The ACP is a five-weekend study in topics related to chiropractic philosophy. Why Would an Architect Join the Sherman Board of Trustees?

Peter WellsSherman College of Straight Chiropractic is led by a visionary group of professionals who are dedicated to carrying out the college’s mission, goals and objectives to educate chiropractors, conduct relevant research and serve humanity with high quality care – these people are the members of the Board of Trustees.

While it is easy to see why doctors of chiropractic would serve on the college’s Board of Trustees, it may not be so obvious why colleges often seek the expertise of individuals from non-chiropractic disciplines (such as bankers, lawyers and others) on their boards. Kurylo Participates in TN Valley Healing Day

Sherman College alumna Natalie Kurylo, D.C., ’05, offered chiropractic services to the members and friends of Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church as part of a community healing day organized by Gypsy Hands. The church’s sanctuary was the site of an attack by a gunman on July 27, 2008. Read more.
