Dr. cordero in BJ Palmer's ChairA new addition to the museum is a chair that belonged to B.J. Palmer 's home, located on St. Armand's Key in Sarasota, Florida at the time of his death in 1961. B. J. himself, as well as many other chiropractors and guests, have sat in this very chair.

This donation was received from Dr. Kim Williams on behalf of the family of Dr. Sid Williams. Dr. Kim serves as the President of the B. J. Palmer Historic Home Foundation.

Miguel Hastings was kind enough to transport the chair and other items donated by Dr. Kim from Atlanta to Sherman.

Directions

From the student parking lot, go over the bridge and walk up the sidewalk through the woods. The entrance to the museum is located near the end of the sidewalk on the side of the house.

Kyle and Courtney

Many thanks to Mrs. Debbie Cordero, Roberta Thomas, work study students Kyle Geer and Courtney Ritenbaugh, and the maintenance guys for their hard work in preparing the museum for Lyceum.

If you haven't been over to the museum in a while, plan to stop by. [http://www.sherman.edu/home/museum.asp
