Dr. Adam Morrell is the current Dean of Clinics at Sherman College of Chiropractic.  He teaches the Functional Assessment and Movement elective. 

Dr. Morrell earned his D.C. from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida (2006) and a M.S. in Sports Sciences and Rehabilitation from Logan University (2009). 

He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and holds an appointment at the Medical University of South Carolina as an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Neurosciences.

Mentoring & Advisement Program for Students

Faculty advisors, known as “mentors,” meet with their assigned students on a regular basis. Their role is to assist and encourage students in:

  • overcoming academic challenges
  • developing social and self-responsibility
  • setting and achieving professional goals

The registrar assigns a faculty mentor to all entering students. New students meet their faculty mentors during New Student Orientation.
