Attendee information for IRAPS

We are looking forward to seeing you at IRAPS this weekend.  I have attached a final schedule for your review.  Please notice that on Saturday afternoon we had to make some minor changes due to a cancellation.  If you are a speaker, please confirm your time by perusing the schedule.

You may park in the front of the building, staff or student parking area (I have attached a map to guide you to those areas.)  Once you enter the Scallon Building – whether through the front door or the side - there will be signs and hosts to lead you to room 38.

Registration/check-in is from 7:30 – 7:50 on Saturday, October 19, 2013, and directions for the seminar will begin in the classroom at 7:50 a.m.  Presentations will start promptly at 8:00.  We ask that you be in your seats and ready to go.  Once the presentations start, the door will be closed and an escort will admit or release you during speaker transitions.  To honor our speakers and to avoid disruption, please do not enter or exit until an escort releases you.

Coffee and juice will be available in the exhibit room as well as snacks during the breaks.  Please take a moment to stop and visit with our sponsors and vendors.  It is only through their generous donations that we are able to host the IRAPS event.

If you have registered, you will receive a lunch and reception ticket.  Please make sure to hold on to them, as the meal and reception are ticketed events.  Only those with tickets will be admitted.  There will be a very limited number of tickets available for purchase on the day of the event.

For GPS purposes, our address is 2020 Springfield Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. GPS: 35.033903; -81.974138

Once again, we look forward to seeing you this weekend.
