ROAR Supporters of the Year Share Secrets to Success |
Sherman's students, faculty, and staff were treated to an enthusiastic presentation on how to create their own reality of success at the President's Assembly last week. Drs. Nick and Stefanie Rodsater truly live chiropractic philosophy and are the owners of a thriving chiropractic business, "Adjusting the World Chiropractic" located in Huntsville, NC. They were awarded Sherman's Reach Out And Recruit (ROAR) Supporters of the Year during Lyceum 2023. The couple loves to introduce chiropractic as a career option and often invites clients and friends to shadow them and gain an understanding of their daily routines. Even their former nanny was introduced to chiropractic through them and is now a student at Sherman College. It's no surprise that they were chosen as ROAR Supporters of the Year, and their enthusiasm is contagious. We invite you to reach out and consider becoming a ROAR doctor.

Granville T. Woods: Inventor
During the Golden Age, Granville T. Woods was one of the most prolific inventors, with over 60 patents in the fields of telegraphic communications and electricity. Several of his patents were for electrical devices, including his second invention, an improved telephone transmitter. The patent for his device, which combined the telephone and telegraph, was bought by Alexander Graham Bell, and the payment freed Woods to devote himself to his own research. |
