Sherman Interns Join Clinic |
Twenty-three interns are now ready to serve the community and see outpatients at the Sherman College Chiropractic Health Center. Interns celebrated the entrance of this final phase of their chiropractic education at the intern pinning on October 14. Following this rite of passage, interns will practice every aspect of patient care, including case histories, physical and spinal examinations, X-rays, and diagnoses. Dr. Monique Andrews and Dr. Tamara MacIntyre, Sherman College Regents, have dedicated their lives to elevating understanding and expanding consciousness through education, service, and mentorship. Together they launched The PRANA Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to cultivate an engaged, supportive community that fosters healing, growth, and the fullest expression of our realized selves through continuing education, a professional community, and personal development.

Drs. Mo and Mac, (as they are known by many) believe that who you are as a person precedes who you are as a chiropractor. They regularly host retreats for women that offer a safe space to step into your gifts while focusing on personal growth and caring for others in underserved communities. | Sherman Student Awarded Eula Sherman Scholarship |
Altrusa International, Inc. of Spartanburg is a volunteer service organization dedicated to raising the education level of Spartanburg County residents. The organization established The Eula Sherman Scholarship in memory of Mrs. Sherman, a founding member of Altrusa of Spartanburg. This scholarship assists non-traditional students who are Spartanburg County residents enrolled in accredited institutions of higher education. Sherman College student, Felix Angel Ortiz Martinez, was awarded this prestigious $1,500 scholarship for the 2022-2023 academic year.
