Jones Family PSCA Philosophy Conference! |
The Jones Family Philosophy Forum is in its 36th year of providing quality education, motivation, and inspiration to the doctors and students of chiropractic. The very first forum was brought to South Carolina in 1989 by the family patriarch, Ken. The family changed the name to not only continue to honor him but also to honor their mother, JoAnn, and brother Steve. These three knew the importance of keeping philosophy alive. The Jones Family Philosophy Forum provides 18 hours of content for license renewal requirements throughout the full weekend of chiropractic philosophy. This year’s spring conference was held in Columbia, SC, Feb. 28-March 2, and Sherman College speakers included Drs. Bobby Findley, Bill Decken, George Auger, and Jack Bourla. In collaboration with the Palmetto State Chiropractic Association, the Jones Family Philosophy Forum is a “do not miss” event that occurs annually. Please plan to attend next year’s weekend! For more information, visit their website at https://jonesfamilyphilosophy.com/.

Exploring Chiropractic: Spartanburg Day School Visits Sherman College |
Dr. Bourla with Spartanburg Day School students. |
Sherman College of Chiropractic recently welcomed a group of bright and curious students from Spartanburg Day School for an immersive look into the world of chiropractic. These 9th-12th grade students, all interested in health sciences, had the opportunity to explore new possibilities in the healthcare field.
During their visit, students engaged in a hands-on palpation session with Dr. Armand Rossi, where they learned the fundamentals of assessing spinal structures. They also experienced a dynamic toggle session with Dr. Duncan DeVolld, gaining insight into specific chiropractic techniques.
It was an inspiring day of discovery, learning, and hands-on experience, opening their eyes to the impactful role chiropractic plays in health and wellness. We love sharing our passion with the next generation of healthcare professionals! View the full gallery of photos on Flickr.
