I have a very simple clinic (I rent the space so I am selling my patient base). I have two adjusting rooms. One room has an Omni adjusting table and the other room has a Lloyd adjusting table. It is approximately 1500 ft.² with waiting room and a front desk and a storage closet and two other empty rooms that could be rented out. It is located approximately 1 mile from the Ole Miss campus and a lot of daily drive by traffic.

We have been renting space in this location since 2012 and the current lease will be up at the end of this year, December 2025. I’m selling the practice because i might be accepting a staff doc position at my alma mater and also some minor health reasons.
