This is a new 5 BR House, 2 & 1/2 baths. I have 4 rooms to share. All rooms are unfurnished (if needed limited furnishing may be available such as a bed). The common area such as living room, kitchen, loft will have some furnishing. I'm slowly adding furniture. The master's bedroom has it's own bath and walk-in closet. The master is $795 plus $500 security deposit and $50 utilities. The three smaller rooms are $695 each plus $500 security deposit and $50 utilities. Shared common areas, i.e. kitchen, bath, and living room. Right to use garage is $50 additional per month. Access to community pool. Washer/Dryer and internet. I'm a down to earth person. I'm hardly home, so an ideal housemates can be all ladies or all gentlemen; working, non-smokers, no pets, no drama. Willing to share common areas, i.e. kitchen, bathroom. Animal allow if it's for medical purposes, such as a guide dog. One may use the garage for $50 additional each month. Rent is at least 6 months. Background checked on all housemate. You don't have to have perfect credit, just as long as you have a job and be responsible.
