If you’ve driven by Sherman College’s campus recently, you may have noticed our brand-new Chiropractic Center sign proudly shining—day and night—welcoming visitors and continuously reflecting our 51-year dedication to “adjusting the world for a better future.” This vibrant new sign symbolizes much more than just a fresh look; it represents decades of unwavering commitment to chiropractic principles and community wellness.

Sherman College was founded on the original tenets and principles of chiropractic, focusing on the location, analysis, and adjustment of vertebral subluxation. Drs. Thom and Betty Gelardi envisioned a college that would uphold these core values, ensuring that the mission would remain at the forefront of education and patient care. Today, that mission remains as strong as ever, deeply embedded in both our academic curriculum and our clinical practice. Sherman College President Dr. Jack Bourla emphasizes, “The change to our Chiropractic Center’s name is not merely semantic; it is a reaffirmation of our mission to empower individuals through chiropractic care, emphasizing life’s expression in its purest form.”
