We are looking for a motivated and dynamic chiropractor to join our team full time in Fort Wayne, IN. We practice corrective chiropractic care from a functional neurology/medicine perspective, with a high emphasis on patient education. The incoming Chiropractor must be willing and excited to learn specialty care and help others! This job is the perfect opportunity for a recent grad who is looking to grow professionally along with a successful team, someone who is willing to learn specialty care from reputable and knowledgeable docs.

Since opening in 2001, we have been blessed to serve thousands of people in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. We are passionate about teaching patients the truth relating to vitalistic health and are dedicated and committed to helping families live healthier, happier, more productive, higher quality lives. Our team has a background in both corrective chiropractic care and functional neurology, and we perform cranial and facial work, as well as KST. We work with special populations, while also treating patients through functional neurology rehabilitation. Our team consists of a chiropractor, chiropractic and therapy assistants, wellness consultants, radiographer, and dedicated support staff! We are a cash only Chiropractic office.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Review X-rays, Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (KST/Neuromechanical/Trigenics- will train if needed), rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Supervise and advise Chiropractic/Therapy Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with team, chiropractic/therapy assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in IN
• Must be willing and desire to learn specialty care
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday-Thursday 4 days a week

Total Compensation (range):
• $80k-$100k (with bonus)
