Primary Function:   The enrollment marketing coordinator, under the supervision of the enrollment operations manager, plays a key role in driving prospective student interest and enrollment. This position supports marketing campaigns, manages communications, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic outreach. The enrollment marketing coordinator should be a detail-oriented and creative professional with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices to effectively drive engagement and enrollment efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospective students.
  2. Create and manage marketing content across email, social media, web, and print, with a focus on enrollment messaging and student success stories.
  3. Manage email workflows and segmentation within Slate to nurture leads and track campaign performance.
  4. Collaborate with the admissions team to promote events, including open houses, webinars, and campus tours.
  5. Develop and schedule social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and engages prospective students.
  6. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
  7. Continually monitor brand accuracy of content distributed externally
  8. Work closely with admissions, student services, and academic teams to align messaging and ensure an exceptional prospective student experience
  9. Participate in the planning and execution of all on-campus admissions events, including Showcase Sherman, campus visits, and ROAR program activities
  10. Be a resource for the development of recruitment materials
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities as needed and permitted by budget
  12. Manage time effectively, focus daily work on key strategic initiatives and assist others in the department as needed
  13. Participate in the annual Lyceum program
  14. Assume such other duties as may be assigned by the enrollment operations manager
  15. Lend enthusiastic support to college policies and to fellow co-workers, particularly in the presence of students and support personnel
  16. Demonstrate commitment to the mission of Sherman College in any way correlated to the position

 

Basic Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or healthcare
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and content management
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite

 

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of chiropractic education and/or healthcare-related fields
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva

 

Physical demands and work environment:

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.  Employee may also be required to carry, lift and/or pull 25 lb. maximum.

Mental stress: Fast-paced office environment with numerous and simultaneous demands and deadlines as well as difficult people/student demands.

Work environmentWhile performing the duties of this job the employee works in a controlled work environment and the noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
