Housing Options

LOCAL APARTMENT COMPLEXES

You can rent a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment in a local complex, and many are only a few minutes from campus. You can search the internet, of course, or use ApartmentFinder.com. You might also consider rent-to-own housing found on sites like RentToOwnLabs.com; these are rentals that you can eventually opt to own which students may find useful to stay in the area or rent out to others.

LOCAL HOUSING CLASSIFIEDS

Sherman College does not have on-campus housing; however, an area local housing is available and includes private owner listings including homes, duplexes, rooms for rent, roommate listings and for sale by owner.
Local Housing Classifieds are provided through the Office of Student Affairs. The listings are free advertisements and supplied for information purposes. The Office of Student Affairs will not be held liable for the results of issues arising from housing selection. Use your best judgment when researching all housing options.

LIST YOUR PROPERTY

Rental Property Owners: You will be entitled to a 60-day (2-month) posting. At the end of 60 days, the posting must be renewed by submitting a new application.
