The Sherman College Presidential Search Committee has been working closely with its search consultants from Diversified Search Group (DSG), who are in the process of building the college’s candidate slate.
Diversified Search Group (DSG) has reached out to more than 250 individuals as sources or potential candidates, and has received nominations from the Sherman community. DSG and Sherman College’s Presidential Search Committee are collaborating closely to zero in on key leadership priorities and alignment with the college’s mission. In the coming weeks, DSG will propose a group of approximately 15-18 leaders for a closer review by the Search Committee.
