Brademann Receives Chiropractic Advocate Award from Sherman College

Chiropractic Advocate Award Winner

Amy Brademann of Tucson, AZ, has received the prestigious Chiropractic Advocate Award from Sherman College. Given at the sole discretion of the president, this award was created to recognize the leadership of an individual who demonstrated exemplary efforts in chiropractic advocacy to Sherman College and students, and others in the chiropractic profession.

Brademann grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where she spent five years working as a chiropractic assistant in one of the busiest chiropractic offices in the world. She assisted in developing and running technique seminars for the founder of Tonal Integrative Correction (T.I.C.), Jason Sabo, D.C., in both Canada and the US. In 2017, Brademann moved to South Carolina with her husband, Mike Brademann, D.C., ’21, while he attended Sherman College of Chiropractic. While Mike was a student, Amy joined the Sherman College staff as online continuing education learning coordinator and has served in this role for the past four years.

In August 2021, the Brademanns opened Connect Chiropractic in Tucson, AZ, the first Tonal Integrative Correction office in that state. Since moving to Tucson at the beginning of 2021, this dynamic couple have mentored and referred two students to Sherman College, both of whom will begin the program in early 2022. Amy Brademann enthusiastically believes in the power of chiropractic and says she feels fortunate to have seen thousands of lives healed without the use of surgery or drugs. Her mission is to help existing chiropractors grow and develop their skills, to support future doctors of chiropractic, and to spread the message of natural healing and the hope of a more connected life to any community that she joins.

Sherman College honored alumni, chiropractors, and supporters during its 48th Lyceum, a homecoming and continuing education event attended by hundreds of chiropractors and students throughout the U.S. and internationally. Lyceum is held each year and involves three days of seminars, special events and other programs. More than 600 people participated this year.

Registration is now open for Lyceum 2022, make sure to register early for next year’s event.
