Ambassador Spotlight: Gabriel Andres Suarez Vera – Sherman College Student Ambassador of the Month (June 2025)

Gabriel exemplifies the leadership, enthusiasm, and dedication that make our ambassador team a vital part of the Sherman community. Originally from Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, Gabriel brings a vibrant spirit to campus along with a deep passion for principled chiropractic care that inspires both his peers and faculty alike.
As a Student Ambassador, Gabriel plays a crucial role in welcoming prospective students, families, and visitors to Sherman College. Whether he’s leading engaging campus tours, assisting during high-profile events like Showcase Sherman Weekends, or mentoring new students as they begin their chiropractic journey, Gabriel’s positive energy and genuine warmth leave a lasting impression. Known for his approachable nature and friendly demeanor, he creates an inviting atmosphere that makes visitors feel supported, motivated, and excited about their future in chiropractic.
Gabriel chose Sherman College of Chiropractic because of its strong emphasis on chiropractic philosophy, rigorous academic programs, and the close-knit, family-like environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. “Being part of Sherman has truly changed my life,” Gabriel shares. “I’ve grown not only as a student but also as a leader and as a future chiropractor committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.”
In addition to his ambassador duties, Gabriel is actively involved in several student organizations and campus activities that further enrich his educational experience. His long-term goal is to open a family chiropractic practice in Puerto Rico, where he hopes to serve his community by providing compassionate care grounded in the principles of chiropractic philosophy taught at Sherman College. Gabriel’s dedication to education, service, and principled chiropractic care exemplifies the core values Sherman instills in all its students.
