Varadys Named Rising Star by Sherman College of Chiropractic

Rising Star Award

Richmond, KY, chiropractors Alexis Varady, D.C., and Blaise Varady, D.C., were recently named Rising Stars by Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC. The Rising Star Award is given to recent Sherman College graduates who have demonstrated exceptional achievements and service in the community.

Drs. Alexis and Blaise Varady are 2020 graduates of Sherman College. They are the owners of Unbridled Spirit Healing Center in Richmond, which serves as an Upper Cervical and Tonal practice for all ages. Dr. Alexis Varady is a certified doula and breastfeeding counselor and has a strong focus on pediatric and pregnancy care, while Dr. Blaise Varady directs his focus toward mental health and severe chiropractic cases.

The Varadys decided early on to reduce any financial burden when they started their business, so they slowly began purchasing the necessary equipment for their office while studying at Sherman College. The couple are proud to share that they are amidst their third office upgrade since the start of their business. Their newest space is equipped with digital x-ray, record keeping, billing, and scheduling – all done with the support of their community and through a 100 percent cash-only practice. The Varadys say that thanks to all the blessings they have acquired, they are much closer to the goals they have for their community and the chiropractic profession. “There is a very sick world around us,” they share, “and together, without ego and under the guidance of God, we can help facilitate its healing.”

Sherman College honored alumni, chiropractors, and supporters during its 49th Lyceum, a homecoming and continuing education event attended by hundreds of chiropractors and students throughout the U.S. and internationally. Lyceum is held each year and involves three days of seminars, special events and other programs. More than 650 people attended this year’s event, held April 28-30.
